I've just spent the morning coding up a little site where you can leave comments and ask questions. I've been majorly inspired by seeing guestbooks on peoples' neocities sites, and thought it would be fun if I could add something similar, with a bit of a twist. msx.horse similarly has a page where people can ask questions, and, to be fair, its whole site has been an inspiration since I started working on this one a year and a half ago.
